  • Recency-weighted user reports

While we strive for accuracy, ratings are informational only and should not be considered as medical, health, or safety advice. Users should exercise their own judgment when making dining decisions.

6. Restaurant Claims and Verification

Restaurant owners may claim their listings by providing proof of ownership. By claiming a listing, restaurant owners agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Update container information promptly when changes occur
  • Not manipulate or falsify safety ratings
  • Respond to customer inquiries in good faith

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clean Plate Club and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.
